The high temperature resistant silicone hose is a hose composed of four or five layers of reinforced fabric and silica gel. The material of the reinforcing fabric layer is aromatic polyamide fiber, and the silica gel strips are completely impregnated with silica gel compound on the inner and outer surfaces of the fiber cloth, and the layers are evenly distributed. The thickness of the silicone hose fabric layer is 0.4mm, 0.5mm, and the nominal mass is 150g/m2. High Temperature Silicone Hose products should be able to be used continuously at 250°C and intermittently at 300°C. The appearance of the hose is not allowed to have defects such as blistering, cracks, and local bumps.

The physical and mechanical properties of the high temperature resistant silicone tube should meet the requirements. Silicone tube performance, product hardness: Shore A hardness at 23±2℃ is 60±5 degrees. Burst pressure: The product must be able to withstand a burst pressure of 1.2Mpa.
High-temperature performance of silicone tube: Placed at 250℃ for 168h, there should be no cracks or breaks on the inner and outer surfaces, and the Shore A hardness of the product is not more than 70 degrees. Placed at 300℃ for 168h, there should be no cracks or breaks on the inner and outer surfaces. After aging at 250℃×168h, the burst pressure is not less than 1.2Mp.
Low-temperature elasticity of silicone tube: Place it at -55℃ for 4h, and quickly compress it to 50% in the radial direction. There should be no cracks or breaks on the inner and outer surfaces. Interlayer bonding of silicone tube: When pulled apart at a rate of 50mm/min, the bonding force of the inner and outer layers should be ≥1.75KN/m.
Silicone tube ozone resistance: placed in an ozone atmosphere with a concentration of 50±5ppbm and a temperature of 40°C for 70h, and observe the surface with a double magnifying glass for no visible cracks.
Compression performance of silicone tube: After the high temperature test, the high temperature resistant silicone tube is compressed to 50% in the radial direction at a rate of 50mm/min. There should be no cracks or breaks on the inner and outer surfaces.
