Conductive silicone rubber can be used in electronic industry, daily life, medical equipment and so on. What should I do if I accidentally break it? The following methods can make it connect as new.

 

1. Prepare glue A and B. First, mix glue A and glue B evenly according to the proportion; heat the connecting pipe machine or the silicone strip bonding machine again; apply glue again to the bonding place of the silicone hose; press the mold at 180 ℃ for about 10 seconds. One condition of this method is that the dehydrated silicone hose can't be food grade. If it's food grade silicone hose, this glue won't work.

2. Prepare the glue KN-300. Medical and flexible silicone products are bonded to each other, and the hardness of the cured glue is between 35-55 A. at the same time, for silicone and ABS, PVC, PC, PP, PBT and other hard plastics, these products are suitable for bonding a variety of substrates. Such as silica gel, metal, glass, ceramics, wood, marble, stone, etc.

3. Prepare KL-301AB hot vulcanized silicone adhesive: many food grade silicone hose in the industry are extruded and bonded at 180 ℃ for about 10-20 seconds in the silicone hose bonding machine (silicone bonding machine).

4. Professional silica gel adhesive: This is the most commonly used and the most effective one. It's just that most people don't know where to buy it.

5. Lighter: if you can't buy any glue or find it, heat it with a lighter and butt it when it's about to melt. This is the least recommended method! There's no way for temporary emergency!
