The most common method is to use tooling to shape silicone hose. It can achieve the desired shape of the hose through the tooling.  When silicone is still in sheet form into a hose with angles to match those required.

 

We usually use drawings or samples to develop a tooling. It should make a tooling of the same size and shape according to the original sample or 3D drawing. Then, we produce the silicone hose by handmade through the tooling. The toolings can be made to produce silicone hoses to meet specific requirements.
