In its raw uncured form, LSR is two parts liquid that are mixed together (mixing of Part A and Part B starts the curing) and heated to accelerate the curing process. LSRs are generally injection molded. Liquid silicone case can withstand extremes of temperature and harsh environmental conditions, as well as vibrations and UV exposure.

The LSR is available in multiple colors and hardness levels, making it suitable for a wide range of products. LSR silicone part has durability, tensile strength, high thermal stability, fatigue and tear-resistance and other properties, which make it an excellent choice for components used under the hood of vehicles.
