Viton(FKM) is a special fluorocarbon-based synthetic rubber. Fluorocarbon lined silicone hose has good resistance to various chemicals. Viton (FKM) has better oil resistance, heat resistance and chemical resistance than Fluorosilicone (FVMQ) when contact with acid environment, high temperature environment or alcohol and fuel additives.

Our FKM lined silicone hose has extensive chemical compatibility and excellent anti-aging properties. It can achieve strong bonding/adhesion between silicone and Viton layers, with adhesion greater than 5000N/m. Our FKM lined silicone hoses can meet the test standards of SAE J20-2006 Section 5.11 and ASTM D413-98 (2017).
