The food grade hose produced by SUNRISE meets the general standard of FDA silicone hose. We have platinum cured silicone hoses and reinforced silicone hoses. They are all compliant with FDA 21 CFR 177.2600, REACH, RoHS and Food Contact Materials - Regulation (EC) 1935/2004. They are BPA free high temperature food safe silicone hoses that are safe for food contact.( BPA (bisphenol-A) is a chemical added to many commercial products. But in recent years, it has started to be removed due to potential health concerns.)

SUNRISE can produce platinum cured silicone tubing with inner diameter no less than 0.7mm and outer diameter no more than 35mm. The platinum cured silicone tubing have a widely use in transfer and pump applications, including pharmaceutical,  bioprocess and laboratory manufacturing. For biotech and pharmaceutical applications, platinum silicone tubing is an excellent choice for fluid transfer. Silicone has brilliant biocompatibility and chemical inertness to keep the purity of sensitive fluids. It has high temperature resistance and less potential leachables.This platinum cured tubing also has smooth surfaces and low levels of protein binding.

FDA Tubing manufactured by SUNRISE is a food grade quality level, UV and ozone resistant. It has a very long service life, 5 times longer than other materials. Due to its high tear strength, it will not crack or be porous. The high purity translucent hose allows us to see fluid moving in the hose. It can be flexible in temperature range from -55 degree C to +250 degree C.
