On the other hand, if the inner rubber masterbatch is feeding (eating sulfur) and the water temperature is not controlled, excessively high water temperature will cause local cooked glue, and cooked glue particles will appear. These particles are the hidden danger of high-pressure silicone hose leakage.

Again, there is still a temperature problem, if the finished glue is placed for too long and it is not placed in a cool place. It is easy to self-sulfur. Never exceed one month. In a month, the average daily temperature exceeds 35 degrees, which may cause self-sulfur reaction. At that time, if you use it again, the glue will no longer be usable. Sometimes, silicone hose manufacturer find that the skin of high-pressure silicone hoses is particularly easy to peel during this period, that is, they encounter self-vulcanizing rubber and good rubber mixing. The adhesive bond that comes out is not as good as the adhesive. However, it is impossible that this is all self-vulcanizing rubber, because it is all, the extruder can't come out at all, they are all cooked rubber particles, and they cannot be extruded normally.
