No, our regular silicone hoses are not resistant to diesel. The regular silicone hoses are porous and therefore not suitable for oil or fuel. Though, we do offer special liner silicone hose which can used for diesel. The flurosilicone lined silicone hose can resist diesel but it has a no long service life. If you want to get better use effect, we recommend using fluorocarbon lined silicone hose or acrylic rubber lined silicone hose. The fluorocarbon lined diesel silicone hose can retains flexibility in hostile engine environments and resistant to many chemicals.

The fluorocarbon liner provides an excellent barrier to hydrocarbons and a volume swell of less than 5% in diesel fuel. It offers an excellent chemical bond between the fluorocarbon liner and the silicone rubber composite structure. The combination of aramid fabric or polyester fabric, silicone and fluorocarbon liner provides excellent performance and enhanced features for the diesel engine hoses.
