Automotive silicone hoses are silicone products with used to transport gas and liquid. They are composed of inner and outer silicone layers and a skeleton layer. The material of the skeleton layer can be polyester, aramid,  terylene, etc. The inner and outer silicone layer material of automobile silicone hose is made of ordinary silica gel, oil-resistant silicone hose, acid and alkali resistant, and high-temperature resistant automobile hose uses fluorine silica gel.

1. Product structure: a hose composed of four or five layers of reinforced fabric and silicone. The material of the reinforcing fabric layer is polyester fiber, and the inner and outer surfaces of the fiber cloth are completely impregnated with silicone compound, and the layers are evenly distributed.

2. Appearance: The hose is not allowed to have defects such as bubbles, cracks, and local bumps.

3. Hose performance:
Product hardness: Shore A hardness is 60±5 degrees at 23±2°C.
Burst pressure: The product must be able to withstand a burst pressure of 1.2Mpa.
High temperature performance: if placed at 250°C for 168h, there should be no cracks or fractures on the inner and outer surfaces, and the Shore A hardness of the product should not be greater than 70°. If placed at 300°C for 168h, there should be no cracks or fractures on the inner and outer surfaces .
Low-temperature elasticity: Placed at -55℃ for 4h, quickly compress to 50% in the radial direction, and there should be no cracks or breaks on the inner and outer surfaces.
Interlayer adhesion: when pulled apart at a rate of 50mm/min, the adhesion of the inner and outer layers should be ≥1.75KN/m.
Ozone resistance: Place it in an ozone atmosphere with a concentration of 50±5ppm and a temperature of 40°C for 70 hours. Use a double magnifying glass to observe the surface without obvious visible cracks.
Compression performance: After the high temperature test, the hose is compressed to 50% in the radial direction at a rate of 50mm/min, and there should be no cracks or breaks on the inner and outer surfaces.
