The braid silicone tubing from SUNRISE is made with high quality silicone and multi-layer reinforcement. It makes the tubing tough, reliable, and flexible to temperatures from -54°C to +260°C. Custom braid silicone tubing can be manufactured to withstand significantly higher temperatures and high pressure where required.

The braid silicone tubing includes food grade braided silicone tubing and regular braided silicone tubing. The food grade braid silicone tubing is BPA free definitely and safe to contact food material. The regular braid reinforcement is polyester, the optional reinforcement is aramid. The aramid reinforced hose can resist much higher pressure than polyester reinforced hose. The aramid braid silicone tubing meets requirements of ISO2398 Type 1 and Type 2, and meets requirements of DIN 20018.
